Yvonne is a native of Toronto and has lived in many parts of her beloved city. She is an energetic and experienced residential realtor with proven results.

In 2004, Yvonne began her real estate career in central Toronto and has worked enthusiastically and tirelessly with hundreds of satisfied clients on the purchases and sales of their houses and condos.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Yvonne is a consummate people person. She takes the time to listen and understand her client’s circumstances and quickly forms a needs analysis in order to tailor a strategic plan. Yvonne believes in always delivering exceptional customer service, which translates into a more efficient and lucrative transaction.

Yvonne is a very no nonsense, honest and caring realtor who consistently goes above and beyond in every single transaction. It is this straightforward and hardworking mindset that provides a steady stream of repeat clients and referrals of like-minded buyers and sellers. Yvonne, however, also loves working with new people and thoroughly enjoys building new relationships with them.

While Yvonne focuses her business in urban neighbourhoods in the city, she has also worked with many clients all across the city and in the GTA. She is proficient at working with first-time buyers as well as more established homeowners who are looking to move-up or downsize.

Yvonne lives with her husband and their two children in Moore Park, and is involved in various fundraising projects. She loves spending quality time with her family at their principal residence as well as their family cottage in Minden. She also enjoys traveling the world to immerse herself in various cultures and languages.

For a decade prior to real estate, Yvonne enjoyed a rewarding career at various Canadian and international financial institutions in downtown Toronto. She was able to easily transfer her invaluable marketing and negotiating skills to real estate for the benefit of both buyers and sellers alike.
